It's simple to get your 2012 Golf Card.  Visit any one of the Forest Preserve Golf facilities to sign up!

Golf Cards must be purchased at the Golf Shops so your photo ID can be placed on file. Golf Card sign up is not available online.

**Savings based on $12 to $27 off per 18-hole round (depending on course) for senior or junior Forest Preserve Golf Card holders.
